The service

CalendarDrop processes submitted event material and helps create editable drafts in The Events Calendar on one WordPress site. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You review dates, times, locations and other details before publishing. The subscription does not include custom development, personal setup, general website maintenance or a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Price and event credits

Proposed monthly plans are Starter at $9 for 25 new drafts, Standard at $25 for 100, and Publisher at $49 for 300. Prices are in US dollars. The free trial includes five one-time drafts without a card. New monthly allowances begin after a verified subscription payment; unused allowances do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.

One newly created WordPress event draft uses one credit. Duplicate events and failed creations release their reserved credits when WordPress confirms the outcome. Manual edits do not consume another credit. An interrupted import can reserve credits until its outcome is known.

Processing limits

Event credits and processing limits are separate. Images and native PDFs may be up to 4 MB; extracted or pasted text may be up to 30,000 characters. An import returns at most 30 events. Repeated processing failures or many delivered results reported as duplicate or failed can pause new processing for review. The account page shows applicable processing limits. A pause does not turn failed creations into paid drafts or remove existing drafts.

Changes and cancellation

Subscriptions are intended to renew monthly until canceled. Under the proposed Polar plan, upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next renewal. The current allowance stays in place until then, and the new allowance requires a verified renewal payment. Use Manage billing to review any plan-change charge, effective date or cancellation before confirming it. Existing drafts remain in WordPress after cancellation. Your own-provider-key mode remains available in the free plugin. Final cancellation timing, refund policy, applicable taxes and legal seller details require owner approval before live checkout is enabled.

Your material and account

Submit only material you have permission to process. Keep access codes and site tokens private. Do not use the service to bypass processing limits or send deceptive creation outcomes. Material travels through the providers described in Data use.
