What counts as an event?
One new event draft uses one credit. A document containing several events uses a credit for each new draft. Duplicate events, failed processing and manual edits do not use another event credit. Processing limits apply to large files and repeated attempts. See file limits and troubleshooting.
Do I need an AI account?
A CalendarDrop subscription includes AI processing. If you prefer to pay your provider directly, the free plugin supports your own API key.
Does it publish automatically?
No. Imports stay as drafts so you can check dates, times, locations and other details before publication.
Where does my material go?
When you choose included AI, the material you submit goes from your WordPress site to the CalendarDrop processing service and its configured AI provider. The service keeps a temporary result cache and a usage ledger for retries and credits. You choose what to submit. Your provider key is never shared with other sites.
